Curtain Walling

Stafford Aluminium Windows uses the SCW and SCW+ from Senior Architectural Systems as well as the SMR800 and SMR900:

• SCW is a proven, cost effective solution for low to mid-rise applications. Developed to provide a high quality answer to many fenestration requirements, it offers total flexibility in specification.
• SCW+ is a recently launched product that is cost effective, efficient and easy to assemble. Thermally improved over SCW and CWCT , BS DD ENV13050 compliant.
• SMR800 is a high rise curtain wall system that has an extremely high performance level and is easy to install.
• SMR900 is thermally broken and compartment drained, it is a curtain wall system designed for site erection to the highest industry standard. Maximum width and height to suit conditions.

Aluminium Windows and Doors

Here at Stafford Aluminium Windows we use a range of the STW200, SPW300 and SPW600 windows from Senior Architectural Systems. There is also the new SMR frameless window. The window options from SAS include casement, tilt and turn, overswing and pivot in the SPW300 range:

• The STW system is ideally suited for a variety of new build and refurbishment sectors including commercial, office, education, health, leisure, retail and residential projects.
• The SPW300 is a high performance commercial window system that includes fixed lights, tophung, sidehung, tilt-turn, pivot (horizontal and vertical) and overswing windows.
• SPW600 is a high performance casement commercial window system designed to meet the latest thermal insulation demands. It includes fixed lights, tophung, sidehung, tilt-turn, and overswing windows.
• The new SMR frameless window which is a contemporary window, giving buildings that cutting 'edge design'.

UPVC Windows and Doors

Stafford Aluminium partners with Profile 22 Systems. We offer one of the most versatile and proven window and doors systems on the market, possessing over 35 years experience in commercial refurbishment. Our service and product offering includes:

• A complete suite of specially designed windows and doors approved and licensed to “Secured By Design” Standards.
• A full range of energy rated windows and doors available with U values as low as 1.1 and “A” rating as standard.
• A free of charge design and support service available to all clients. This service can provide wind load calculations, confirmation of building regulations requirements, training for surveyors and installers and full design drawings for individual projects.
• Unique Recycled Composite Material (RCM) reinforcement. This material is a substitute for steel and is made out of 100% recycled PVCU. RCM doesn’t corrode or rust, gives improved corner weld strength and greater screw retention when compared with steel.
• Comprehensive choice of 70mm PVC-U window and doors frames available in 4 options: fully chamfered, integrated, bevelled and decorative sculptured.
• Casement, Tilt Turn and Pivot windows available. All tested to Secured by Design standards.
• Profile 22 and Stafford Aluminum provide free CPD accredited presentations and training courses to clients. These training courses cover numerous areas including Window design, Building regulations and Energy saving windows.

Timber Composite Windows and Doors

Stafford Aluminium offers a range of timber composite windows, doors and curtain wall that effectively combine the long-life and low maintenance of aluminium externally, with the thermal benefits of engineered timber internally.

Full control over the production and installation process of these products is managed from our headquarters in Staffordshire.

All supply chain partners are UK based companies ensuring there are no extended lead times or third party involvement causing unnecessary delays. These partners are all registered to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Timber, aluminium and hardware components are available from stock with outer frames available in any RAL colour from in house paint facilities. This results in greatly reduced lead times for projects, typically an industry leading 4-6 weeks from placement of order.
